mile east of Tenvoorde Ford on the south side of St. Cloud on Roosevelt Road,
just east of Tim Horton’s Doughnuts, in the PCI Building which is part of
District Square, where the District 742 offices once were. Our sign is on the
main floor exterior. Other businesses in this office plaza are Schlenner-Wenner
Accountants, Apollo Insurance/North Risk Partners, Great River Endontics, Lakeland
Sleep and CPAP Center, and Huse Orthodontics.
Directions from the southeast on westbound Interstate 94: Take the ST AUGUSTA / ST CLOUD CR-75 CR-7 Exit 171 (by the McStop), and turn right at the end of the ramp. You are now on Roosevelt Road. Travel north 4.5 miles going through 7 stoplights. After you pass the last stoplight at Cooper Avenue, continue to the first left turn lane just past District Square office park with the PCI Building on your left and enter the frontage road.
Directions from the west on eastbound Interstate 94: Take the ST CLOUD / KIMBALL MN-15 Exit 167 and go north on MN-15. Drive 4 miles to the first light and turn right onto CR-75/2nd St. S. Go exactly a mile, and along the way you will see Wal Mart on the left, Tenvoorde Ford on the left where the road becomes named as Roosevelt Road, and you will pass Tim Horton’s Doughnuts on the right. Just past this doughnut shop turn right into District Square Office Park in front of the PCI Building.
Directions from the south on MN-15: After you pass I-94, continue 4 miles to the first light and turn right onto CR-75/2nd St. S. Go exactly a mile, along the way you will see Wal Mart on the left, Tenvoorde Ford on the left, the road becomes Roosevelt Road, and you will pass Tim Horton’s Doughnuts on the right. Just past this doughnut shop turn right into District Square Office Park in front of the PCI Building.
Directions from West St. Cloud and Waite Park: Get to the intersection of Roosevelt Road and 25th Ave. S. where Tenvoorde Ford, TCF Bank, and Granite City Tire & Auto are. Continue eastbound on Roosevelt Road and look for the PCI Building in District Square Office Park on your right just past Tim Horton’s Doughnuts.
Directions from Central St. Cloud near Byerly’s: This is the intersection of Division and 25rd Ave. where Walgreens, Caribou Coffee, CVS Pharmacy, and Byerly’s are. You should continue south on 25th Ave. S. to the first light and turn left onto Roosevelt Road and then turn right just past Tim Horton’s Doughnuts to the PCI Building.
Directions from Sartell, West Sauk Rapids, and areas north: Enter the city on southbound MN-15. Depending on how far north you are you might pass Sam’s Club and Wal Mart on your left. Continue southbound, go past Crossroads Mall on your right, Granite City Restaurant on your right, and turn left onto 2nd St. S. Go exactly a mile, along the way you will see Wal Mart on the left, Tenvoorde Ford on the left, and Tim Horton’s Doughnuts on the right. Turn right into District Square Office Park in front of the PCI Building.
Directions from East St. Cloud, East Sauk Rapids, and other areas east: Coming in on US-10 from the north or south, and from the east on MN-23, get to the intersection of US-10 and MN-23 and enter the city westbound on MN-23 which is also Division St. Drive 3 miles to the west. Along the way you will cross the Mississippi River and go through downtown to the intersection of Division St. and 25th Ave. S. Here you will find Walgreens, Caribou Coffee, Byerly’s, and CVS Pharmacy. Turn left onto southbound 25th Ave. and continue two blocks to the first light at 2nd St. S. (also called Roosevelt Road) where you will see Tenvoorde Ford on your right. Turn left again onto Roosevelt Road and just past Tim Horton’s Doughnuts you will turn right into District Square Office Park toward the PCI Building.
